*Production work in Arizona needs to comply with the COVID-19 safety-related protocols set forth in Governor Doug Ducey's Executive Order 2020-36.
To help productions keep their employees and workplaces safe we've provided the following state and federal resources to assist you.
COVID-19 Arizona Response: For updated information please visit the Arizona Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) website. Additional health information available at the Arizona Dept. of Health Services website.
Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers are responsible for providing safe and healthful workplaces for their employees. OSHA's role is to ensure these conditions for America's working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and providing training, education, and assistance. For more information, visit http://www.osha.gov.
Per OSHA website: "OSHA does not have any industry-specific standards for the entertainment industry. Generally, the entertainment industry would be covered under the general industry standards, although there may be some construction jobs that would be required to follow the construction standards. Standards in Part 1926 also apply to construction activities at non-construction sites. See 1910.12(b) for the definition of "construction work."
To ask questions; obtain compliance assistance; file a complaint; or report workplace hospitalizations, fatalities or situations posing imminent danger to workers, the public should call OSHA's toll-free hotline at 800-321-OSHA (6742) or the agency's Phoenix-area office(s):

Arizona On-Site Consultation Program from the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety & Health (ADOSH). Per OSHA website about this program - "An On-Site Consultation Program offers free and confidential advice to small and medium-sized businesses in all states across the country, with priority given to high-hazard worksites. On-site consultation services are separate from enforcement and do not result in penalties or citations. At an employer's request, a consultant from a state agency or university will visit a workplace to help identify hazards and make recommendations on possible solutions, provide advice on compliance with OSHA standards, and assist in establishing injury and illness prevention programs."
